Return
Policy
We want you to be happy with your
purchase from Sunburst Shades. If you’re not, you can return
or exchange it, subject to the following conditions:
1. All returns MUST
be received by us within 15 days of the date of original
delivery to your Shipping Address.
2. DO NOT return items in person---they MUST
be shipped back to the address on the top of your Sales
Receipt.
3. All returns MUST
be received in CLEAN, BRAND-NEW, and UNUSED
condition, with ALL factory packaging and paperwork.
Returns for Refund must also include any promotional items.
Any return not so received will be returned to you at
your expense ($6.95 for sunglasses, $9.95 for goggles),
and will no longer be eligible for return.
4. EXCHANGES/STORE
CREDIT: You may return ONE (1) item for exchange
or store credit without incurring any restocking fees,
PROVIDED you have not previously returned any item
to us for refund, exchange or store credit. If you have
a previous refund, exchange or store credit transaction
with us, we will accept (1) additional return for
exchange or store credit ONLY, and a 20%
restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges will be $6.95
(glasses) $9.95 (goggles)
5. REFUNDS: You
may return ONE (1) item for refund (no exchange
or store credit requested), PROVIDED you have not previously
returned any item to us for refund, exchange or store
credit. All returns for refund are subject to a mandatory
20% restocking fee. If the original purchase included
a free shipping offer, the refund amount will be reduced
by an additional shipping/handling fee of $6.95 (glasses)
or $9.95 (goggles).
6. DISCREPANCIES:
Any discrepancies with your order (incorrect items, damage,
etc) MUST be reported to our Customer Service department
within 72 hours of delivery (mail@sunburstshades.com).
We will not be responsible if you fail to notify us within
72 hours.
7. EXCEPTIONS:
Discontinued, close-out, and special order items, as well
as replacement lenses, cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCEDURES
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us
BY EMAIL ONLY (returns@sunburstshades.com) before
sending anything back. Include the following information
in your email request:
---The EXACT billing
name on the receipt, as well as the receipt number.
---The EXACT item you are planning to return (as described
on the receipt)
---Whether you are requesting an exchange, store credit,
or refund.
1. A Return Authorization Number will be emailed back
to you once we have verified that the order is eligible
for return.
2. When you have your Return Authorization Number, fill
out the Return Request Form attached to your Sales
Receipt.
3. Any item shipped back to us MUST be properly packaged
in a shipping box to avoid damage in transit.
4. You must include the original Sales Receipt
AND the Return Request Form (attached to your Sales
Receipt) with the returned item.
5. The Return Authorization Number MUST be written on
the outside of the package.
6. Send the package to the Sunburst Shades address shown
at the top of your Sales Receipt. We suggest that you
ship the package using some sort of tracking or insurance,
as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE PROCEDURES WILL RESULT IN
THE ITEM BEING RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
